Returns & Exchange

Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order. We are always happy to assist you with your purchase.

General Return Policy

We do not provide returns. Products can only be exchanged in case of a wrong product, damaged product, or eligible size issue, subject to our terms and conditions.

A parcel unboxing video is mandatory for raising an exchange request. The video must show the complete opening of the parcel without any cuts, editing, or interruptions.

Exchange with another product is not provided. Exchange will only be offered for the same product.

If the same product is not available in your desired size, the refund process will be initiated. The applicable amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days.

Unboxing Video Is Mandatory

For any wrong or damaged product claim, a complete 360-degree parcel opening video is required. The video must be continuous and without any cut, edit, or paste. We do not entertain exchange complaints without valid video evidence.

When Exchange Is Not Accepted

Exchange is not accepted due to colour difference. A 10–15% colour difference may occur because of screen resolution, lighting, and photography.
Exchange is not accepted if the customer does not like the material or colour of the product. All product details are mentioned in the product description, so please check them carefully before placing your order.
Exchange is not accepted due to change of mind or any other personal reason after placing the order.

Exchange Due to Size Issues

Please refer to the size chart mentioned on each product page before confirming your order. If you are unsure about your size, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

If you face a size issue after receiving the product, please email us with your order number and details of the issue within 2 days of receiving the order.

Exchange requests are handled on a case-to-case basis and depend upon the availability of the required size in the same design.

We do not provide return pickup service. The customer needs to send the product back to our address themselves and the courier expenses will be borne by the customer.

No size exchange will be facilitated for products purchased under sale.

Exchange Due to Damaged Products

We carefully check all products before dispatch. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the order.

Please send an email with your order number, details of the issue, product images, and the complete parcel opening video for verification.

All exchange requests are subject to verification. Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you regarding its approval or rejection with the applicable reason.

If approved, the replacement will be arranged for the same product, subject to availability.

The product must be unused and returned in its original condition.

International Orders

Orders received from overseas are not eligible for return or exchange.

Sale Products

Products purchased under sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Product Length Information

Generally, the length of straight-cut kurtas is 44–45 inches.

Anarkali length is generally 46–48 inches.

Gown articles are generally 48–52 inches.

Bottomwear length is generally 38–39 inches.

If there is any specific variation in the length of a particular article, it will be mentioned in that product's description.

Length-related issues will not be considered for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

To raise an exchange request, email us with your order number and complete details of the issue.

For damaged or wrong products, please include the required unboxing video and product images.
